| Ruling Text: While driving, #4, "Blue Rock Bash" in the 7th race, you allowed your horse to drift out in the last turn and interfered with, #6, "No Contest Mindale" which also impeded the progress of #7, "Markalan A". Markalan A broke stride. Having appeared before a representative of the NYS Racing & Wagering Board and waived your right to appeal and the Board having considered the circumstances, you are suspended Fourteen (14) days. Suspension begins on June 25, 2006 and continues through July 8, 2006. You are eligible to drive on July 9, 2006. |
