You impeded the progress of #2, "Big On Broadway". Big On Broadway went off stride. Having appeared before a representative of the NYS Racing & Wagering Board and waived your right to appeal and the Board having considered the circumstances, your suspension is reduced from eight (8) days to five (5) days. Suspension begins on Friday, June 16, 2006 and continues through Wednesday, June 21, 2006. You are eligible to drive on Thursday, June 22, 2006. |
