| Ruling Text: You are hereby-suspended 30 days and fined $2000.00 for the finding of the drug Clenbuterol in the post race samples of horse Zeal Power who finished 3rd in the 2nd race at Aqueduct Racetrack on April 12, 2006. This drug was administered in violation of New York State Racing and Wagering Board rule 4043.2 and 4043.4. Said horse is disquailified and unplaced in the order of finish.You are denied privileges of the grounds from December 24, 2006 through January 22, 2007 inclusive. STIPULATION OF SETTLEMENT 11/30/2006, suspension for 30 days at the discretion of the State Steward and fine of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) on or before the expiration of his period of suspension. |
