| Ruling Text: While driving #4, Dallas Dhu, in the 8th Race, at the top of the stretch you moved to the outside when proper clearance did not exist, causing interference to #5, Iriquoindian Brave. The impeded horse broke stride. Having appeared before a representative of the NYS Racing & Wagering Board and waived your right to appeal and the Board having considered the circumstances, your suspension is reduced from Eight (8) days to Five (5) days, Suspension begins on June 8, 2006 and continues through June 12, 2006. You will be eligible to drive on June 13, 2006. |
