Having appeared before a representative of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board, and waived your right to appeal, and the Board considering the circumstances, your suspension is reduced to Five (5) Days, May 5, 2006; May 6, 2006; and May 8, 2006, through May 10, 2006. You are eligible to participate on May 11, 2006. |
