Ruling Text: For having waived your right of appeal you are hereby- suspended 30 days reduced to 15 days, May 22, 2006 through June 5, 2006 inclusive and fined $1000.00 for the finding of the the drug Acepromazine in the post race samples of horse Fire Hero who finished 1st in the 9th race at Aqueduct Racetrack on April 1, 2006. This drug was administered in violation of New York State Racing and Wagering Board rules 4043.2 4043.4. Said horse is disqualified and unplaced in the order of finish. You are denied privileges of the grounds from May 22, 2006 through June 5, 2006 inclusive.
