| Ruling Text: After repeated warnings and penalties form the New York State Racing & Wagering Board Judges and a formal letter of reprimand form Batavia Downs Management, you engaged in unprofessional conduct, detrimental to the best interest of racing. This suspension is to be served at Buffalo Raceway, comencing February 10, 2006, and additional documentation from an approved anger management course, authorizing you to return to racing must be submitted prior tp your license being reinstated. Stipulation of Settlement dated 4/5/2006 upon submission of written evidence from a recognized anger management program that he is regularly attending, participating and making satisfactory progress and payment of 50% of his total fine and that he conduct himself in a gentlemanly manner on or near the racing venue for a period of 6 months. (RE: MO 260-2006) FAILED TO MEET CONDITIONS $1,000 FINE IS REINSTATED |
