STAYED 4/5/2006 BY COURT ORDER PENDING FURTHER NOTICE September 14, 2007 By order dated and entered on September 12, 2007, the App Div 3d Dep't granted the motion to dismiss the appeal for failure to prosecute. Mr. LaFramboise's revocation is no longer stayed. His license revocation as ordered, is now in effect, he cannot participate in racing and is denied the privileges of the grounds. |
