| Ruling Text: VIOLATION OF RWB RULES 4022.12, 4043.2, 4043.3(d) AND 4043.4 IN 3RD RACE 6/28/03 Findings and Order dated 9/24/2005, modified suspension to 120 days. November 19, 2007 through March 17, 2008 inclusive. You shall be denied the privileges and the use of the grounds of each and every New York State racetrack and no horse owned or trained by you and your agents or employees shall be allowed to participate in racing in New York State. During the period of suspension, you shall not participate in New York State pari-mutuel horse racing, directly or indirectly, you shall be denied the privileges and use of the grounds of New York State racetracks, you are forbidden to participate in any share of purses. Horses owned or trained by you, or those employees or agents who continue to serve as your agents or employees during such period of suspension; and horses ion regard to which you are making arrangements with owner, directly or indirectly, to care for, train, enter in races, invoice, collect fees or other payments, employee workers, or otherwise handle; shall not participate in pari-mutuel racing and are denied the privileges of the grounds. This shall not preclude agents or employees of you, who are not serving as during the period of your suspension, from participating in pari-mutuel racing as owners, trainers, and grooms, as long as they are licensed and perform those duties consistent with the rules and regulations of the State of New York. 3/27/08- as per steve Lewandowski- completed suspension dates (11/19/07-3/17/08) |
