| Ruling Text: On August 11, 2018, while on the grounds at Monticello raceway, you failed to conduct yourself in a gentlemanly manner, a direct violation of NYGCRR §§ 4119.1. conduct. As a result, you are suspended for 7 days from September 2nd to September 8th. Your participation in racing is subjected to the agreed conditions and any violations will result in immediate termination of all racing privileges bestowed by the New York Gaming Commission. This is a Driving Suspension. |
