| Ruling Text: Jockey Pablo Fragoso, rider of "Panic Attack" (#2), is suspended for 5 NYRA racing days, effective Saturday, August 4; Sunday, August 5; Monday, August 6; Wedneday, August 8, and Thursday, August 9, 2018, for interference in the stretch during the running of the 4th race on May, 13, 2018.
PREVIOUS RULING: Jockey Pablo Fragoso, rider of "Panic Attack" (#2), is suspended for 5 NYRA racing days for interference in the stretch, during the running of the 4th race on May, 13, 2018.
Having appealed, a stay of your license suspension or revocation is hereby granted; however, Commission counsel may make a motion for your stay to be terminated in the event that your appeal hearing is not completed within 90 days of this ruling. If your stay is terminated because of your unreasonable delay in the completion of your hearing, then your license suspension or revocation would begin and run until your appeal hearing is completed. You are also hereby granted a stay for all time after your appeal hearing is completed and until the Commission issues its final decision on your appeal. |
