| Ruling Text: Jockey Harry Hernandez, rider of "Myheartsinthecity" (#7), is suspended for three racing days effective Friday, May 25, 2018 through Sunday, May 27, 2018, inclusive, for interfering with "Town Kitty" (#8) during the running of the 1st race on Wednesday, November 22, 2017.
PREVIOUS RULING: Jockey Harry Hernandez, rider of "Myheartsinthecity" (#7), is suspended for three racing days for interfering with "Town Kitty" (#8), during the running of the 1st race on Wednesday, November 22, 2017. The three racing day suspension will be served in the Spring of 2018 when Finger Lakes Racetrack resumes regular racing. |
