After the 8th race at Vernon Downs on 10/24/2015, you committed acts detrimental to the best interests of racing by instigating an altercation in the paddock and attempting assault on another licensee after your horse was claimed.  Having reviewed previous penalties and considering the circumstances, you are fined the sum of $2000.00 and suspended in full for 180 days, 11/15/15 - 05/12/16 inclusive.  You are eligible to participate on 05/13/16 upon payment of your fine.  This is your 2nd conduct penalty in the current year.  Having waived your right of appeal, your fine is reduced to the sum of $1000.00 and your full suspension is reduced to 90 days, 11/15/15 - 02/12/16 inclusive.  You are eligible to participate on 02/13/16 upon payment of your fine.  If you choose to have an evaluation by an anger management counselor and complete all requirements suggested, your fine will be $1000.00 and your suspension will be reduced further to 60 days, 11/15/15 - 01/13/16 inclusive.  You would be eligible to participate on 01/14/16 upon payment of your fine and proof of completion of all requirements suggested by the anger management counselor.
