Having withdrawn your appeal from 2/28/2015 you are hereby suspended 8 days reduced to 5 days for rule #4117.4(E) while driving #3 (Kiwi Deal N) in the 10th race on 2/28/2015 you did cause confusion among trailing horses.You finished 1st were disqualified and placed 8th. |
