| Ruling Text: As trainer of record for #4 Clubber Lang who raced in the 5th race at Buffalo on 02/20/15, you did fail to conduct yourself in a gentlemanly manner while in the paddock office by using profanity toward a racing official and causing a disturbance after a phone conversation with the Presiding Judge. Considering past history and the circumstances, you are fined $500.00 and are suspended from entering the paddock for 7 days beginning on 03/11/15. Having waived your right of appeal, your fine is reduced to $250.00 and your paddock suspension will remain at 7 days beginning on 03/11/15. You are eligible to participate on 03/18/15 with payment of the fine. Any future violations of this kind will result in significantly increased penalties. |
