While driving #2 IN THE WHEELHOUSE in the 3rd race at Buffalo Raceway on 03/21/14, you did swerve out and interfere with #4 SMASHY CERISE after selecting a position in the home stretch. Your horse finished 1st and was placed to 3rd.  Having appealed, a stay of your license suspension or revocation is granted for 90 days for you to complete your appeal hearing.  If you fail to complete your evidentiary hearing within 90 days of this ruling, however, then this stay will expire and your licensing penalty will begin.  You may seek an extension of your stay for good cause by filing a motion for an additional stay with the Secretary to the Gaming Commission.  Once your appeal hearing is completed, you will be given an additional stay for such time as the commission takes to decide your appeal.  FINDINGS AND ORDER, KRISTEN M. BUCKLEY, DECEMBER 1, 2014:  Ordered, that the order of the Presiding Judge to issue a driving suspension to Aaron Byron for eight (8) days, is herby affirmed.
