This drug was administered in violation of New York State Gaming Commission rule 4043.2. Horse "Town Extension" is hereby disqualified and unplaced in the order of finish and any share of the purse money.
This penatly is consistent with the findings of the investigation into this matter.
Your 7 calendar days suspension is hereby stayed pending no violation for the drug "Flunixin" for 1 year from June 8, 2013.
