Rodriguez is suspended for four racing days effective Thursday, September 12; Friday, September 13; Saturday, September 14, and Monday, September 16, 2013, with the exception of the 8th race on Saturday, September 14, 2013 and one previous race that day, having designated the 8th race a race which Jockey Rodriguez wishes to ride.
