| Ruling Text: In the 4th race at Batavia Downs on Sunday August 25th 2013 while driving #2 Ella V Horse, you attached unauthorized equipment (DVR Case) to your sulky in an illicit attempt to acquire protected work product owned by Batavia Downs and WNYOTB. Your reckless actions put the welfare of both horse and driver at risk. Additionally you failed to conduct yourself in a forthright and gentlemanly manner when in a subsequent phone conversation you threatened the Presiding Judge with retaliatory consequences should any penalty be imposed. |
