As per New York State Gaming Commission Stipulation dated July 16, 2014 you are hereby suspended 60 days and fined $5000.00, an additional  120 days are stayed for 2 years beginning from September 15, 2014 pending no additional equine drug violations, for which he is found responsible for. This for the findings of the drugs "Clenbuterol" in the post race sample of horse Missile Motor who finished 4th in the 5th race at Aqueduct Racetrack on February 1, 2012 and for the finding of the drug "Flunixin" in the post race sample of horse Those Lion Eyes who finished 4th in the 8th race at Aqueduct Racetrack on February 16, 2012 and the finding of the drug "Clenbuterol" in the post race sample of horse "Unprecedented" who finished 1st in the 9th race at Belmont Park on September 7, 2013 and he finding of the drug "Flunixin" in the post race samples of horse Mary Ann's Kitchen who finished 4th in the 2nd race at Aqueduct Racetrack on January 31, 2014.These drugs were administered in violation of New York State Racing and Wagering Board rules 4042.2 and 4043.4. Horse Missile Motor, Those Lion Eyes, Unprecedented and Mary Ann's Kitchen are hereby disqualified and unplaced in the order of finish of their race.
 
Ordered that during your period of suspension, you shall not directly or indirectly participate in New York State pari-mutuel horse racing. You are denied the privileges and use of the grounds for all racetracks, you are forbidden to participate in any share of purses or other payment. Every horse is denied the privileges of the grounds and shall not participate in pari-mutuel racing in New York State, that (a) is owned or trained by you, or by any individuals who serves as you agent or employee during your suspension; or (b) for which you during your suspension are directly or indirectly with training, including any arrangements to care for, train, enter, race, invoice, collect fees or other payments, manage funds, employ or insure workers, provide advise or other information or otherwise assist with any aspect of the training of such horse.
