Buckley; ORDERED, that the motion for summary judgement is granted; and ORDERED, that the decision of the Starter at Buffalo Raceway to fine Mr. Luther $50 for failure to come up into and stay in position during the eighth (8th) at Buffalo Raceway on April 5, 2012 is hereby affirmed. |
