| Ruling Text: You are hereby suspended 10 calendar days reduced to 7 calendar days February 13, 2012 through February 19, 2012 for having waived your right of appeal and you are fined $1000.00 for the finding of the drug Phenylbutonze(Bute) in post race samples of horse Free Brave who finished 2nd in the 2nd race at Aqueduct Racetrack on November 19, 2011. This drug was administered in violation of New York State Racing and Wagering Board rules 4043.2 and 4043.4. Horse Free Brave is hereby disqualified and unplaced in the order of finish. Ordered that during your suspension, you shall not directly or indirectly participate in New York State pari-mutuel racing, you are denied the privileges and use of the grounds of all racetracks, you are forbidden to participate in any share of purses or other payments. Every horse is denied the privileges of the grounds and shall not participate in pari-mutuel in New York, further that is (a) owned or trained by you, or any individual who serves as your agent or employee during your suspension; or (b) for which you during your suspension are involved directly or indirectly with training including arrangements made to care for, train, enter, race, invoice, collect fees or payments, manage funds, employ or insure workers, provide advise or information, or otherwise assist with any aspect of the training of the horse.
