FINDINGS AND ORDER, SEPTEMBER 4, 2012, Kristen M. Buckley; ORDERED, that the finding of violation by the Presiding Judge is hereby affirmed and it is further ORDERED that the order of the Presiding Judge to suspend Mr. Cummings’ harness license for thirty (30) days is hereby affirmed, and that such days shall be assigned by the Presiding Judge of Buffalo Raceway. |
