Ruling Text: You failed to conduct yourself in forthright and gentlemanly manner and were abusive toward a NYSRWB official. For violating Sections 4119.1 and 4119.3 on Wednesday, September 22, 2010, you are hereby fined $500 and your license to participate in harness racing is suspended for a period of 180 days under the following terms: You will be required to serve the first 30 days of the suspension, and the remaining 150 days of the suspension will will be withheld so long as you are not cited for violations of any section of Part 4119 of the Board's Rules and Regulations for period of 12 months following the end of 30-day period. If you are found to have violated any of the Sections of Part 4119, the 150-day remainder of the suspension will be enforced and you will also face seperate and additional penalties for those new violations as warrananted. While under suspension, you are denied the privileges of the grounds, whether as a patron or otherwise, of all racetracks under the jurisdiction of this Board.
