This suspension is stayed pending the outcome of Jockey Khan's appeal filed on August 10, 2010. Having withdrawn his appeal of the ruling concerning the running of the 8th race on Thursday August 5, 2010, Jockey Aadil Khan is suspended for 10 calendar days effective Friday November 12, 2010 through Sunday November 21, 2010 inclusive. |
