Having appeared before a representative of the NYSR&WB and having waived your right to appeal, your suspension is reduced to 20 days, 04/05/10 through 04/24/10, eligible to participate on 04/25/10. This is a full suspension during which time, all priveledges as a licensee are denied. As discussed, any future such violations will result in increased penalties. |
