YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE why you should not be fined and your license(s) to participate in pari-mutuel racing in New York State be suspended or revoked.  SEPTEMBER 5, 2014, Rick Goodell: Be advised that the agency will dismiss the track-level rulings and dicontinue the hearing process.                                                                 The charges filed against thoroughbred horse trainer Anthony Dutrow, that he trained the horse “Mambo Fever” that had a pre-race TCO2 level of 37 millimoles per liter or more, before  it was administered race day furosemide (“lasix”) and raced that day at Aqueduct Racecourse on November 11, 2009, in violation of 9 NYCRR 4043.8 and 4043.4, have been dismissed by the New York State Gaming Commission.  This constitutes the final agency action.
