| Ruling Text: YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED TO SHOW CAUSE, before the New York State Racing and Wagering Board (“Board”), at its main office at One Broadway Center, Suite 600, Schenectady, New York, on Tuesday, November 17, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., why, pursuant to Section 309(2) of the New York State Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law (“Racing Law”), your license to participate in pari-mutuel harness racing should not be suspended or revoked. FINDINGS AND ORDER, NOVEMBER 25, 2009, Gail Pronti; ORDERED, that the license of Respondent to participate in pari-mutuel harness racing is revoked, and he is denied the privileges of the grounds or admission to the track, whether as a patron or otherwise, of all pari-mutuel harness tracks in the State of New York. |
