STIPULATION OF SETTLEMENT, 9/03/2009, Robert Feuerstein: Having appeared before a representative of the New York State Racing & Wagering Board (NYSRWB) and having withdrawn your appeal of the Notice No. MR 25-2009, Dr. Gary E. Smith will serve a (10) ten-day license suspension from August 28, 2009, through September 6, 2009, in full satisfaction of the charge set forth therein. |
