| Ruling Text: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that your license to participate in pari-mutuel thoroughbred racing as a Jockey, is hereby SUSPENDED IMMEDIATELY pending the disposition by the Board of the scheduled hearing before the New York State Racing and Wagering Board or, if you refuse such hearing or default in appearing, SUSPENDED until such time as the Board in its discretion takes further action, including but not limited to license suspension or revocation or refusal to license. FINDINGS AND ORDER, 11/13/2009, Gail Pronti: ORDERED, that the occupational licenses held by jockey Norberto Arroyo Jr., are revoked and he is denied the privileges of the grounds of all racetracks under the jurisdiction of this Board and he is ineligible to reapply unless and until he has complied with the reasonable requests and instructions of Board officials and has satisfactorily addressed his licensing issues. |
