| Ruling Text: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that your license to participate in pari-mutuel thoroughbred racing as an exercise rider is hereby SUSPENDED IMMEDIATELY pending the disposition by the Board of the scheduled hearing before the New York State Racing and Wagering Board or, if you refuse such hearing or default in appearing, SUSPENDED until such time as the Board in its discretion takes further action, including but not limited to license suspension or revocation or refusal to license. FINDINGS AND ORDER, November 13, 2009, Gail Pronti: ORDERED, that the occupational licenses of exercise rider Alvin Colon are revoked, and he is denied the privileges of the grounds of all racetracks in the State of New York under the jurisdiction of the Board and he is ineligible to reapply unless and until he has complied with the reasonable requests and instructions of Board officials and has satisfactorily addressed his licensing issues. |
