This fine is reduced to $250.00 if Mr. Kayes does not commit any other infraction prior to the end of the 2010 racing season. Mr. Kayes is encouraged to seek counseling for anger management and asked to have his councilor report Mr. Kaye's progress to the New York State Racing and Wagering Board investigator Michael McDermott. |
