| Ruling Text: For having withdrawn your right of appeal you are hereby suspended 60 days June 24, 2009 through August 24, 2009 inclusive for the finding of the drug Methotrexate in the post race samples of horses Western Deed who ran 3rd in the 6th race at Aqueduct Racetrack on January 19, 2009 and Western Deed who finished 3rd in the 2nd race at Aqueduct Racetrack on January 29, 2009, and horse Wyatt Women who finished 1st in the 6th race at Aqueduct Racetrack on January 30, 2009. This drug was administrated in violation of New York State Racing and Wagering Board rules 4043.2 and 4043.4. Said horses are hereby disqualified and unplaced in the order of finish. Ordered, that during period of your suspension, Dennis Lalman shall not directly or indirectly participate in New York State pari-mutuel racing, is denied the privileges and use of the grounds of all racetrack, and is forbidden to participate in any share of purses or other payments. Every horse that is (a) owned or trained by Dennis Lalman, or any individual who serves as Dennis Lalman agents or employee during your suspension; or (b) for which Dennis Lalman during your suspension are involved directly or indirectly with training (including any arrangements made to care for, train, enter, race, invoice, collect fees or payments, manage funds, employ or insure workers, provide advise or information, or otherwise assist with any aspect of the training of the horse); is denied the privileges of the grounds and shall not participate in pari-mutuel racing. |
