| Ruling Text: As trainer of record of #7, "MOONLIT TORI" who raced at MR in the first race on 4/21/08 and finished 2nd, with the drugs CLENBUTEROL, ALBUTEROL, TRIPELENNAMINE AND HYDROXYTRIPELENNAMINE, AMETABALITEROL TRIPELENNAMINE in its system, in violation of the above-stated rules. During the period of your suspension, you are denied privileges of the grounds and no horse owned, trained or driven by you shall be allowed to race at any track conducting parimutuel racing. Your horse is disqualified and purse monies forfeited. Having appeared before a Representative of NYSRWB, and having waived your right to an appeal, and considering the circumstances, your suspension is hereby reduced from 180 days to 90 days, from August 1, 2008, to October 30, 2008, and your fine is reduced from $1500.00 to $750.00; you are eligible to participate on 10/31/2008 upon payment of the fine. |
