| Ruling Text: As trainer of record of # 4 BOSS ATOM N that raced on March 25, 2008 in the 4th race at Monticello Raceway finishing 2nd with the drug flunixin present in it's system in violation of the above stated rules. During the period of your suspension you are denied the privilages of the grounds. No horses owned, trained or driven by you shall be allowed to race at any track conducting pari-mutuel racing. You are to return the purse money from the horse. Having appeared before a representative of the New York State Racing & Wagering Board, and having waived your right to appeal, and the board having considered the circumstances, your 14 days suspension is hereby reduced to 7 days commencing 04/25/2008 through 05/01/2008. Your fine is hereby reduced to $250.00. You are eligible to participate on 05/02/2008 upon payment of the fine. |
