Jockey Robert Messina is suspended for 10 calendar days effective Monday November 12, 2007 through Wednesday November 21, 2007 inclusive. This suspension is STAYED pending the outcome of the appeal filed by Jockey Messina on November 10, 2007. Jockey Robert Messina is suspended for 10 calendar days effective Tuesday April 29, 2008 through Thursday May 8, 2008 inclusive as was agreed upon in the settlement of his appeal of the Stewards rulings concerning the running of the 8th race on November 9, 2007. |
