This suspension is STAYED pending the outcome of the appeal filed by Jockey Castillo on November 8, 2007. Jockey Elaine Castillo is suspended for 10 calendar days effective Saturday April 19, 2008 through Monday April 28, 2008 inclusive as agreed to settle her appeal of the Stewards ruling concerning the running of the 5th race on November 3, 2007. |
