| Ruling Text: As trainer of record of PAPER BRANCH which raced in the 4th race, finishing 1st, with the drug buprenorphine present in it's system in violation of the above stated rules. During the period of your suspension you are denied the privilages of the grounds. No horses owned, trained or driven by you shall be allowed to participate at any track conducting pari-mutuel racing. Having appeared before a representative of the New York State Racing & Wagering Board and waived your right to appeal, and the Board having considering the circumstances, your suspension is reduced from one hundred eighty (180) to one hundred twenty (120) days. Your fine is reduced from twelve hundred ($1200) to one thousand ($1000). You are eligible to participate on February19,2008 upon payment of the fine. |
