| Ruling Text: While driving #1(Hurricane Mike) in the 3rd race on 9/27/2007 you are in violation of rule 4117.4 (h), you caused interference to #2(Bound To Astound N) by carrying the horse out at the 3/4 pole. you also violated rule 4117.4 (g) needlessly permitting #4(Brandons Camluck) to pass on the inside, helping the horse improve its position in the race, rule 4117.4 (j). As a result the board of judges at Yonkers Raceway also cited you with rule 4117.4 (o) driving in a careless or reckless manner. |
