On 3/20/2007 you failed to close the hole letting #6(Realist Hanover) driven by Eric Goodell to improve his position and received a written warning from the Judges. While driving #1(Whata Buster) in the 7th race on 4/16/2007 you are in violation of rule 4117.4 (j) laying off a normal pace and leaving a hole open helping #7(Asamatteroffact) driven by Patrick Berry to improve its position in the race.
