| Ruling Text: Pursuant to your January 9, 2007 stipulation -- to pay a $25,000 fine and to serve a 14-day suspension (starting in the discretion of the State Steward where you are participating) for your failures to comply fully with restrictions on your license in June 2005, in violation of Rule 4002.1(b) -- you are hereby fined $25,000. You must pay your fine on or before February 28, 2007 to be able to resume racing. Failure to pay your fine within 30 days thereafter will further result in the imposition of interest and penalties. |
