Ruling Text: You are hereby-suspended 15 days reduced to 7 days for having waived your right of appeal February 1, 2007 through February 7, 2007 inclusive and fined $1000.00 for the finding of the drug Phenylbutazone in the post race samples of horse Privy Seal who finished 4th in 4th race at Belmont Racetrack on October 15, 2006. This drug was given in violation of New York State Racing and Wagering Board rules 4043.2 and 4043.4. Said horse is disqualified and unplaced in the order of finish. During you period of suspension February 1, 2007 through February 7, 2007 inclusive you are denied privileges and uses of the grounds of each and every New York State racetrack and no horses owned and trained by you and or your agents or employees shall be allowed to participate in New York. During your period of suspension, you shall not participate in New York State pari-mutuel horse racing, directly or indirectly, you shall be denied privileges and use of the grounds of New York State race tracks and you shall be forbidden to participate in any share of purses. Horses owned and trained by you, or those employees or agents who continue to serve as your agents or employees during such period of suspension; and horse in regard to which you are making arrangements with any owner, directly or indirectly, to care for, train , enter in races, invoice, collect fees or other payments, employee workers, or other wise handle; This shall not preclude agents or employees of you, who are not serving as such during the period of your suspension, from participating in pari-mutuel racing as owners, trainers, and grooms, as long as they are licensed and perform those duties consistent with rules and regulations of the State of New York.
