YOUR EXPERIENCE, CHARACTER AND GENERAL FITNESS IS SUCH THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN RACING IN NEW YORK STATE IS INCONSISTENT WITH THE PUBLIC INTEREST, CONVENIENCE OR NECESSITY OR WITH THE BEST INTEREST OF RACING GENERALLY. FINDINGS AND ORDER, 2/26/2007, GAIL PRONTI, ORDERED THE LICENSE TO PARTICIPATE IN HARNESS RACING AS A FOOD SERVICE WORKER REVOKED. |
