| Ruling Text: During two different telephone conversations with the Judges, you used improper language and did not conduct yourself in a forthright and gentlemenly manner. Your use of profanity was vulgar and unjustified, and your conduct and character toward the Judges was disrespectful and uncourtious. Your actions were detrimental to the best interests of racing, and injurious to the character of the turf. You have been deemed an undesirable person for disorderly conduct and malicious character and fitness. You are suspended from participating in Harness Racing, and expelled from the grounds of Batavia Downs and Buffalo Raceway from October 9, 2006, through February 5, 2007. |
