| Ruling Text: As trainer of record for the horse, "Night Song" on 5/31/06, said horse had a tco2 overage at an unacceptable level. After being notified on 6/8/06, you did not contend in writing (as required) that such levels were physiologically normal, within the required response time. As a result, you are fined $1,000.00 and your license to participate in harness racing is suspended sixty days. Suspension is to begin on 7/12/06 and continue through 9/9/06. You are scheduled to be able to participate on 9/10/06. |
